Thursday & Sunday: 10am-10:30pm
Friday & Saturday: Varies

Can I hire a space on Shabbat?
Yes, but only if the event being held is Shabbat compliant. Children's parties cannot be held during Shabbat. Shabbat lasts from sunset on Friday until nightfall on Saturday.

How long before the building closes do events need to finish?
All events must finish 30 minutes before the building closes. The building closes at 10pm Monday-Wednesday, 11pm Thursday & Sunday. Due to licensing laws we are unable to extend these hours. Early opening can be arranged at an additional cost.

What is the minimum and maximum number of hours I can hire a room?
We hire rooms on an hourly, half day and full day basis. You can also hire a room for a regular time and day or over consecutive days, subject to availability.

Are your spaces fully accessible?
JW3 is fully accessible to wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. We have a lift accessible to all spaces in the building. We have a loop system in the Howard Hall and Cinema for those with hearing impairments.

Do you have different rates for charities?
Yes, we have discounted rates for registered charities. Make sure that you let us know which event you are holding so you are quoted the correct rate.

What catering can we use for our event?
External licenced Kosher caterers are welcome for all hires (KLBD, Sephardi Kashrut Authority or the Kashrut Federation). For large events taking place in the Howard Hall, we can provide kitchen access or a field kitchen (subject to availibility). For children's birthday parties, food can be delivered from local licenced Kosher caterers which we are happy to recommend.

Is there parking available?
We have four blue badge spaces which will need to be booked in advance subject to availability. Paid parking is available at the O2 Centre, 400m away or Alvanley Gardens, located behind JW3. Free parking on Finchley Road from 7pm and adjacent side roads from 6:30pm Mondays to Saturdays and all day Sunday. There is disabled parking on Lymington Road or drop offs can be arranged with close access to the building.

Suppliers can be granted time to drop off and pick up from our Piazza with prior agreement.

Can my event be part of the JW3 programme?
On occasion, it may be possible. If you are interested in discussing whether your event could become part of the JW3 programme please email presenting@jw3.org.uk.

Will JW3 promote my event?
On a discretionary basis, we may be able to include details and a booking link on our website with clear messaging stating that it is a third-party hire.

Do I need to pay upfront?
We charge a non-refundable deposit of 10% which is payable to secure your booking. The remaining balance is invoiced and must be paid in advance of your event. The booking is confirmed once the hire agreement is signed and the deposit is paid. Cancelation fees also apply. Contact our team for more information.
